Coral Beach Condos

Construction Update September 2022

The Developer reports that work at the Coral Beach site is progressing smoothly, with construction on schedule for an April 2023 finish. 

The three-storey building reached roof level in July.  Internally the metal stud framing and drywall to ceilings and walls have been installed in ten of the twenty-one condos.  The installation of windows has begun on the western elevation. 

The Show Unit is in its finishing stages!  Tiling is underway, and the kitchen installation is in progress. 

The exterior works are well-progressed, with most connections to the building completed and connections to the utilities and tanks underway.  The pool structure is complete and is now being plastered and readied for the finishes.  The pool deck should be cast in early September.
